BRIAN C. MARSIGLIA

Brian focuses his practice on integrating estate planning, business planning, asset protection, and income tax planning. “The most rewarding aspect of practicing law,” Brian says, “is advising clients regarding the myriad of planning opportunities and implementing those plans to protect and preserve their wealth and plan their legacies.”  By simplifying complex concepts, Brian helps his clients actively participate in the planning process to reach their goals.

Prior to forming Marsiglia Law, Brian practiced at a well-established mid-size, business-focused law firm, as well as a boutique estate planning law firm.  After graduating law school, Brian also served as a Law Fellow for the Honorable Judge C. Jean Stewart of the Denver Probate Court.
